We are solely committed to file security and confidentiality. As medical records contain highly sensitive and
private information, we guarantee the protection of these files by operating within strict, irrevocable guidelines.
Files are only accessible by the Privacy Officers who manage the accounts once the patient has been notified
of their records (under the Physicians' recommendation).
All files are stored on site with a 3-tiered security system which is monitored 24 hours a day and is accessible by our Privacy Officers ONLY
We are INSURED and all files are stored in a vault
We abide by the College of Physicians and Surgeons,the Ministry of Health, PHIPA, RHPA and PIPEDA legislation
