Green and McQueen will only facilitate file retrieval under the request of the Physician. This is a company-wide
mandate that is never altered.
We manage and process all files in a fully-equipped multimedia facility. Our vault is accessed exclusively by our
Privacy Officers.
We adhere to the fee structure that is set out by the Ontario Medical Association with a capped rate to ensure all patients have access
to their files
File retrieval can be processed within 48 hours for patient's with special and/or emergency needs
File retrieval is conducted by our Privacy Officers ONLY to adhere to PIPEDA and PHIPA legislation
Due to the senstivity of your patient's medical health information, Green and McQueen's security mandate ensures all
file retrieval is conducted in a professional and ethical manner. This is fundamental to our operations and we are
solely committed to protecting both the physician's and the patient's medical health integrity.
